Returns and Refund Policy

If you have received an incorrect product/s.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for it to be replaced. We will send a return postage label to get the item back to us and will send you the correct item. All products must be received in original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product. A refund will be generated if we do not have a replacement item.

Missing an item from order?

If you find that an item is missing from your delivery, please contact us within 10 days from dispatch to resolve the issue. Please note that items may sometimes be shipped separately.

Requesting a Refund Due to Damage.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which can include account details of your credit/debit card, bank statement details or PayPal transaction details.

To start a return, please contact us at cedrixbusiness@gmail.com. We will promptly review your dispute and if your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will need to provide photographic evidence to show or illustrate any damages. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality or they do not match the product description.

RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded 100% your original payment price within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
