Shipping & Returns


After choosing to place an order with Cedrix Online, we are pleased to advise of the following process:

You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being processed. Products are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. When goods are dispatched, you will receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped and on its way.

Goods will be packaged to prevent product damage during transport and the delivery process. 

At Cedrix Online, we are conscious about the environment and do our best to reuse and recycle materials where possible.  

Many of the products offered by Cedrix Online include Free Shipping/Postage. Products that do not include free shipping will charged at a flat rate of $9.30 (up to 5kg). Orders above $100 qualify for free shipping within Australia. We reserve the right to end or change the free shipping offer at any time.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of being received except during sale and promotional periods, on public holidays or during festive seasons.  However please note Cedrix Online cannot make guarantees on behalf of Sendle or Australia Post, particularly where delivery times, e-parcel emails and tracking information are concerned.  For Express post, please allow 1-2 days for delivery (with the above exceptions permitted).

Please note Cedrix Online does not ship to PO BOXES.


We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at and we will do our utmost to resolve any issue.

Cedrix Online does not provide a refund if you change your mind on purchasing an item, so please choose carefully.

Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received, we advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by in writing by email.
